Chur, we stayed one night and the staff were super friendly, but the breakfast was a letdown with only basic options. The location was spot on, heaps close to everything!

stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, i would like to stay longer. the place was fairly clean, i booked the triple room with city views, everything was really good. the staff were all competent, very good service.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The views from the Double or Twin Room with City View are excellent. Cleanliness was adequate for a short stay.

The hotel is in a strangely positioned area with surrounding old and unkempt buildings. The air conditioning created an awful smell, leading to an allergic response, suggesting poor maintenance. The third bed was not a proper bed but an uncomfortable couch with inadequate bedding. The room's location felt unusual. Breakfast lacked both variety and taste, feeling more fitting for a much lower-rated hotel.

It was fairly clean place, staff were highly professional and delightfully helpful, and I liked my tastefully decorated room. The room with balcony. Location: the hotel was close to Zagreb, and center of the town. Tried some nice meals at Merak, located minutes away from the property.
